Amy Dawe – Co‑Owner & Client Care Lead
Amy grew up exploring the beauty of New Zealand and learning the importance of building a meaningful career from her business‑minded father. After seven years in hairdressing, she moved into customer service and later discovered her passion for property management, where she has spent over four years developing strong communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Today, Amy is the heart of Tararua Green’s client experience. She ensures every customer feels supported, informed, and valued from the first enquiry to the final result. While she’s often the friendly voice behind emails and calls, you’ll also spot her out on the tools or helping Warren with quotes on weekends.

Warren Dawe (Wozza) – Owner/Director & Lead Gardener
Born in Kaitaia and raised on rural land, Warren’s connection to the outdoors began early — from helping on the family farm to spending his childhood exploring paddocks and riding dirt bikes. His natural love for nature and design led him into landscape gardening, where he has spent the last five years building strong skills in mowing, gardening, and soft landscaping.
Warren is known for his high standards, hands‑on approach, and genuine pride in every job he completes. As the driving force behind the quality of Tararua Green’s work, he is committed to delivering reliable service and exceptional results for every property.
Meet Deanna (Dee)
Gardener & Garden Maintenance Specialist
Deanna — or Dee, as most people know her — is the newest member of the Tararua Green team, and she brings an incredible mix of skill, passion, and positivity to every garden she touches.
A dedicated family woman and proud new mum to a beautiful baby girl, Dee balances her love for home life with her love for the outdoors. When she’s not in the garden, you’ll often find her out fishing or spending quality time with her whānau.
Dee has a natural talent for gardening and a meticulous eye for detail. She specialises in regular garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and all things flowers — she’s truly our resident flower expert. Her warm personality, constant smile, and genuine care for her work make her a joy to have on the team and a favourite among clients.
You’ll spot Dee out and about in our Tararua Green uniform, bringing gardens to life and helping keep properties across the region looking their absolute best.
